Ella Pooley

Ella is the Practice Manager at Keast Mews Dental Centre where she oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting the team, managing performance and finances, and ensuring high standards of patient care. With a background as a qualified dental nurse and five years’ experience as Lead Nurse in an independent NHS dental practice, Ella brings strong leadership and organisational skills to her role. She was inspired to move into practice management by her passion for team development and delivering excellent dentistry in a supportive environment.

Outside of work, Ella loves spending time with friends and family, going on holidays, and discovering new places to eat out.
