WHAT IS ACUPUNCTURE?
Acupuncture involves the precise placement of fine needles into the muscles and gently stimulating them by hand. Treatment generally lasts between 15-25 minutes and may need several sessions in order to feel the benefits. Some people notice an improvement after just one session.
