Pritesh Pankhania
Dentist, GDC No. 291269
Pri is passionate about helping patients regain confidence in their smiles. He first earned a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biomedical Science from Portsmouth University before pursuing his dental degree (MDDR) at Charles University First Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in Prague.
With a strong interest in restorative and prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Pankhania is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. He takes pride in restoring both the function and aesthetics of his patients’ smiles, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment tailored to their needs.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pankhania enjoys painting miniatures and going for walks with his rescue dog, Luna.
Hannah Rofe
Practice Manager, GDC No. 226472
Hannah is the Practice Manager at Keast Mews Dental Centre, where she oversees both the clinical and commercial aspects of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care and efficient operations.
As the CQC registered ‘responsible person,’ she manages our dedicated team, providing the support, resources, and systems necessary for success. With a background in dental nursing and previous experience as a dual-site practice manager, Hannah brings a passion for oral health and patient care to her role. She joined the team in 2022, drawn by their commitment to tackling oral health inequality and making a positive community impact. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two young children and staying active through mountain biking, snowboarding, and rock climbing.
Kirsty Holmes
Dental Therapist, GDC No. 248177
Kirsty is one of our Dental Therapists at Keast Mews Dental Centre, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse healthcare background. Initially starting her career as an agency auxiliary nurse, Kirsty later pursued a BTEC in Dental Nursing before studying Dental Therapy at the University of Plymouth, where she graduated in 2018, winning the Nicola Jameson Award for Hygiene.
With experience in both private and NHS practices, Kirsty has built her expertise in a variety of dental settings, including working in maxillofacial and dental surgery at Derriford Hospital. In 2023, she joined the team excited by the opportunity to expand her skills in sedation, restorative, and special care dentistry. Kirsty is passionate about offering personalized care to her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, walking the coastal footpaths, and traveling with her family.
Jo Elmes
Dental Therapist, GDC No. 176324
Jo is one of our Dental Therapist at Keast Mews Dental Centre, where she takes a preventative, holistic approach to dentistry. Outside of her practice, Jo is an Associate Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the University of Plymouth Peninsula Dental School, where she helps train the next generation of dental professionals.
She enjoys working in a social enterprise environment, where Smile Together’s community-focused mission inspires her work. When she’s not helping patients or teaching, Jo loves paddleboarding, wild sea swimming, sailing, and relaxing with a cup of tea.
